1. Pay attention to checking the pipeline and joints of the sewage pump for looseness, damage, and leakage

2. In harsh working environments of sewage pumps, such as low temperatures, it is necessary to remove water stains from the pump to prevent pipeline freezing and cracking.

3. If the sewage pump is not used for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the pump and wipe off the internal water stains to prevent the sewage pump from rusting due to long-term disuse.

4. During the operation of the sewage pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35C above the ambient temperature, and the high temperature should not exceed 80C.

5. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, and observe that the oil level is at the centerline of the oil gauge. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.

6. Start the motor, when the sewage pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see if they display appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, and check the motor load condition at the same time.

7. Try to control the flow rate and head of the sewage pump within the range indicated on the label as much as possible to ensure that the sewage pump operates at a high efficiency point, in order to achieve significant energy-saving effects.

8. It is necessary to regularly inspect the wear of the shaft sleeve and other components of the sewage pump, and consider repairing or directly replacing the components according to the actual situation.

9. If any abnormal noise is found in the sewage pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.

10. When the sewage pump needs to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

11. The sewage pump of the Zhongkai pump should change the lubricating oil after 100 hours of operation within one month, and then change the oil every 500 hours thereafter.

12. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure normal dripping inside the packing chamber (preferably in droplets).
