Causes And Troubleshooting Of Excessive Vibration Of Fountain Water Pump Motor

1. The foundation bolts of the fountain water pump motor are loose, or the installation of the motor is unbalanced, or the foundation strength is not enough.

2. The bearing is seriously worn and the clearance is unqualified.

3. The air gap between the fountain pump motors is uneven, the rotor is unbalanced, and the strength of the motor casing is not enough.

4. The winding of the wound rotor is short circuited. And open welding and open circuit of cage rotor.

5. Stator winding has faults such as grounding, open circuit, short circuit and wrong wiring.

6. The rotating shaft is bent, and the iron core is deformed or loose.

7. The gear adapter is loose, and the installation of coupling or pulley does not meet the requirements.

Troubleshooting of excessive operation of fountain water pump motor

1. Check the foot bolts of fountain water pump and fasten or replace them in time, level the motor or reinforce the foundation.

2. Make the bearing clearance of fountain water pump meet the requirements.

3. Adjust the air gap to meet the requirements.

4. Check the cause, and calibrate the dynamic balance after cleaning and tightening the bolts of each part.

5. Check and repair the winding in time. Repair welding or replace the cage bar.

6. Repair the stator winding of fountain water pump.

7. Correct the iron core of the fountain water pump motor, and then reassemble the iron core.
