The hot water submersible pump is usually a product with a stainless steel jacket and external cooling water cooling. The tap water cooling motor will definitely burn out because the medium temperature is too high to cool the motor.
4. Because the mechanical seal of the submersible pump is idling or corroded by the liquid, the mechanical seal is damaged, so that the water in the motor will also cause the motor to burn. It can be avoided if the corresponding water leakage sensor is matched with the control cabinet. Regular maintenance of submersible pump replacement seals is not recommended for this configuration.
5. The motor will also be burnt if the motor is missing due to other contact reasons such as the power cord is not in good contact.
For submersible pumps that have been immersed in water for a long time, the ground insulation and phase-to-phase insulation of the coil should be checked before the motor is started.
