Fault phenomenon of vertical sewage pump not producing water or having a small water output:
After the electric pump is started, the three-phase current of the motor is normal, and there is no problem with the power supply voltage. The water pump does not produce water or the water output is small. If the newly installed electric pump does not produce water or has a small water output during testing, it may be due to the reverse direction of the water pump's rotation;
Changing the phase sequence of any two-phase cable can solve the problem; Or if the head exceeds, switch to a larger electric pump; In addition, leakage of the flange connecting the water lifting pipe and rupture of the water lifting pipe will affect the water output of the pump.
If the water output of a normally used electric pump gradually decreases, it may be due to severe wear of the sealing ring after long-term use and should be replaced.
The blockage of the water pump suction affects the suction of water. Clean the grille or filter of the water pump.

The broken strip of the cast aluminum rotor of the electric motor and the open welding of the end ring of the copper strip rotor cause insufficient output of the electric motor, a decrease in speed, and insufficient water output of the water pump. Replace the rotor or weld the open welding.
In addition, the motor is running normally, but the three-phase current is low and the water pump is not producing water. This may be due to a broken water pump shaft or loose coupling between the motor and the pump. Major repairs such as shaft replacement or reinstallation of the electric pump should be carried out.

Phenomenon of large vibration fault in electric pump:
The electric pump vibrates violently during operation, and there is a noticeable vibration sensation when touching the water pipeline and pump seat, accompanied by abnormal noises. The severe vibration of electric pumps is mostly caused by mechanical problems. If the assembly of the electric pump is poor and the axis of the pump is not on the same straight line;
If the screws on the pump seat are not tightened, it will cause vibration in the electric pump.
In addition, the deviation of the wellbore causes the pump unit to operate in a skewed state, and uneven force on the pump seat can also cause the unit to vibrate. In severe cases, the lower part of the pump seat may break, causing the electric pump to fall into the well. The electric pump should be reassembled before being used in the well.
After long-term operation, the wear and looseness of components in the electric pump can also cause vibration, and maintenance and replacement of worn parts should be carried out.
