Handling measures:

(1) The solid sediment inside the vortex shell is blocked, and measures can be taken to remove the blockage.

(2) If the impeller or inlet/outlet water pipeline is obstructed, cleaning the impeller or pipeline can be taken. If the impeller is severely worn, replacement should be taken. If there is air leakage at the packing port, the packing should be tightly compressed. The conveying height is too high and the internal resistance is too high. (3) If the axis is different from that of the feeding box, the main reasons are large machining errors and inaccurate installation. If the sealed water pipe is blocked, the sealing water cannot enter the middle of the packing, causing rapid wear of the packing and leading to material leakage. Dredging should be carried out to deal with blocked water pipes and keep the sealing water clean.

(4) There are mainly five reasons: ① Uneven density of the medium. Uneven density of the medium causes vibration when the pump is just started. When the pump starts normally, the vibration will disappear. This situation does not need to be dealt with, but before driving, pay attention to blowing the medium evenly with high-pressure air The installation of the pump is not horizontal. During installation and operation, the level of the pump body should be checked There is cavitation, which causes the impeller of the pump to be unbalanced. Excessive bearing clearance can cause significant pump vibration. In daily equipment operation, it is important to constantly monitor the condition of the pump and promptly address any misalignment between the pump shaft and motor shaft or damage to the bearings.

(5) There are mainly five reasons: ① If the cold water is not turned on or the cooling water tank is blocked, the cooling water function should be turned on or the cooling water channel should be dredged. ② Poor lubrication of the equipment. The lubricating oil amount should be adjusted according to the order The lubricating oil is not clean and contains impurities. The bearings should be cleaned and the lubricating oil should be replaced The thrust bearing direction is divergent and incorrect. Adjust the direction of the thrust bearing according to the inlet pressure situation. ⑤ The air outlet of the bearing is blocked, causing the hot air inside the bearing housing to be unable to be discharged, resulting in an increase in equipment temperature. Clean the air outlet.

(6) There are four main reasons: ① The motor shaft and pump shaft are misaligned or not parallel. The motor shaft or pump shaft should be adjusted. If the shaft is deformed or bent, replace it directly The bearing assembly is not fair. Reinstall the bearings and shaft, or replace the bearings There is friction or impeller imbalance inside the pump. Friction should be eliminated or a new impeller should be replaced Poor lubrication. Excessive or insufficient impurities can lead to short bearing life. The bearing should be removed and cleaned before use.
