Horizontal screw pump is a commonly used pump for conveying high viscosity liquids and mixtures. It is composed of several spiral blades that rotate around an axis, causing the liquid to form a spiral motion in the pump chamber and ultimately being transported to the pump outlet. Vertical conveying is suitable for situations where water needs to be pumped from low to high, but this method has some limitations, such as limited vertical lift of the water pump due to the length of its blades. Horizontal conveying can handle high viscosity liquids and mixtures more flexibly. Due to the same pump shaft and conveying direction, the efficiency of the pump is higher, and the flow rate and pressure difference are also greater.

Can adapt to various fluids: Horizontal screw pumps can transport high viscosity liquids and mixtures, such as sludge and petroleum. In other words, as long as the fluid can flow in the pump chamber, the horizontal screw pump can transport it.

Low noise: Due to the absence of turbine and mechanical friction, this pump has low noise.

High efficiency: Due to the superiority of horizontal conveying method, the efficiency of horizontal screw pump is higher, and the flow rate and pressure difference are also larger.

Horizontal screw pumps perform well in conveying high viscosity liquids and mixtures, and their flexibility and efficiency in horizontal conveying make them the preferred choice in many application fields.
