There are many types of submersible electric pumps, and the most commonly used ones in well irrigation are oil filled and water filled submersible electric pumps. Taking the QJ series deep well submersible pump as an example, this article briefly introduces the structure of deep well submersible pumps.
The structure of a deep well submersible pump mainly consists of a water pump, an electric motor, an inlet and a sealing device, as shown in the figure.
The water pump is located at the upper end of the submersible electric pump, mainly composed of impeller, guide housing, pump shaft, rubber bearings and other components. The pump shaft and motor shaft are connected by a cylinder coupling. The impeller is a centrifugal enclosed impeller, and in order to prevent the water pump from reversing during shutdown, a check valve is installed at the upper end.
The motor part is located at the lower end of the submersible electric pump, mainly composed of components such as rotor, stator, guide bearing, thrust bearing, and pressure regulating film. The plastic or stator winding is made of polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed water-resistant electromagnetic wire. The interior of the motor is filled with clean water to cool the bearings of the motor. A rubber pressure regulating film is installed at the bottom of the motor to adjust the changes in water pressure inside the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor.
The inlet and sealing device are located in the middle of the submersible electric pump. The sealing device is located at the upper end of the motor and consists of a sand throwing ring and a skeleton oil seal of the forward and reverse devices. Its function is to prevent sediment from entering the interior of the motor.
