Correct Wiring Method Of Horizontal Deep Well Submersible Pump

The horizontal submersible pump is a water-lifting machine that is directly connected to the motor and the water pump, and the pump body is submerged into the water. It is suitable for extracting groundwater from deep wells, and can also be used for water-lifting projects such as rivers, reservoirs, and canals: mainly used for farmland irrigation and plateau mountainous areas. It can also be used for water supply and drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines and construction sites.

What is the wiring method of the horizontal submersible pump? Take a look:

1. Strip the outer sheath and main insulation layer of the horizontal submersible pump cable to expose the copper wire of 35-40mm, trim the rubber near the core into a tapered shape, clean the oxide layer on the core, and use alcohol ( or hydrochloric acid) clean the wire core and the insulating layer and sheath layer to be wrapped and let it dry naturally.

2. Connector

Power cable, polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape, self-adhesive butyl rubber tape, φ1mm copper wire, solder, lead-out cable.

3. Prepare 500w electric soldering iron, rosin, solder, 1mm bare copper wire and insulating tape.

4. Tighten the cable core evenly with bare copper wire, heat it with a soldering iron, and infiltrate the tin, requiring infiltration and uniformity. Use a file to repair the flat welded part, wipe the part to be bandaged with alcohol again, and let it dry.

5. First wrap three layers with self-adhesive butyl tape in half, and gradually extend to the outside of the core. When wrapping, the tape must be stretched by 200%, and the outer layer should be wrapped in half with polyvinyl chloride adhesive tape for three layers, and gradually extend outward to ensure that the wrapping part is not shorter than 200mm.

6. When the three-core cable is connected, the three connector positions should be staggered by a certain distance in order to prevent short circuit.

7. Wiring method when the lead cable is double lead cable:

1) After the cable is connected, shake the insulation resistance of the cable and the motor (without adding water), and the value is not less than 150 megohms;

2) After the motor is filled with water, shake and measure the insulation resistance of the motor windings again, which should not be less than 40 megohms;

3) Turn on the power and test the steering (the time should not exceed 2 seconds), and mark the consecutive positions; high-lift submersible pump
