1. Electrical top

   (1) always review the working voltage and DC current of submersible pump. The three-phase voltage measured by the water pressure gauge shall be basically unified. When 340 ~ 420v, the clamp type DC meter shall be used to measure the three-phase DC current, which shall be 0.5 ~ 1 times of the additional direct voltage. Current.

   (2) regularly check the thermal insulation performance of submersible pump to the ground. After the motor continues to operate for 4 ~ 6h, the megger of the motor winding shall be used to measure the insulation resistance of the motor winding to the ground > 0.5m Ω. The submersible pump with short service life shall be checked before use.

   (3) before starting the machine, it is necessary to check the clarity of the heat exchanger and whether the rest of the screen installation work is deformed.

   (4) check whether the cable is damaged. For oil immersed submersible pumps, attention must be paid to the damage of cable insulation rubber caused by oil leakage.

    2. Mechanical top

   (1) often review the mechanical seal of submersible pump. Open the oil hole screw to release a large amount of oil. If the oil contains water, it indicates that the upper grinding block (or lower grinding block) seal has exuded water. Replace the sealing box and take out new frozen oil. If there is no oil in the oil hole or the oil quality is poor, fill it with oil (No. 5 or No. 10 mechanical oil, sewing oil or transformer oil) or new oil.

   (2) for submersible pumps with new or replaced grinding blocks, after 50 hours of use, take out the water seal plug and check the amount of oil (water)< 5ml indicates abnormal sealing. If used, if > 5ml, oil will be used. (water) after tightening, tighten the sealing plug tightly and continue to use it for 50 hours for the second inspection. If still > 5m1, there is a problem with the seal. For the used submersible pump, the disclosure amount shall be checked once a month, which shall be less than 25ml.

   (3) check the vibration state of the pump motor. The synchronous speed is N0 = 3000r / min, 1500r / min, 1000r / min and 750r / min. Vibration value is δ ≤0.06mm，0.1mm，0.13mm，0.16。 Mm.

   (4) regularly check the bearing condition of submersible pump. Check whether the bearing is short of oil, whether there is inner ring operation or outer ring operation, and whether the bearing should be replaced (it is best to replace the bearing of water filling electric pump once a year).

    3. The rest of the top

   (1) always check whether the intake cover of submersible pump is blocked by weeds and whether the impeller is wound together.

   (2) submersible pumps not required for short-term operation shall be raised at the port.

   (3) after the submersible pump has operated for 1 ~ 2 years, the core inspection and cleaning of the motor must continue. If there is any pollution, immerse the motor in 0.2% haijintx-10 or 105 soap powder solution, heat it to about 100 ° C and stir the dissolved liquid to slow down the pollution. After 1 ~ 2H of pollution, marinate the armor with low-pressure tap water, put the water droplets into the oven and dry at high temperature.
