In normal use, In order to make the equipment work well, what we share with us today is how to discharge the oil in the pump to prevent it from affecting the normal operation.

1. If you want to drain all the oil in the deep well submersible pump box, you can unscrew the oil drain plug at the bottom of the box to drain the oil.

2. When the deep well submersible pump is draining oil from the outside, the height of the top plate of the oil tank should not exceed 30 mm between the liquid level to ensure the smoothness and cooling of the bearings in the pump. When the capacity of the working chamber of the jack is too large, an additional fuel tank shall be provided to ensure that the liquid level after the external oil discharge is not less than 100 mm to avoid emptying.

3. After the speed-regulating hydraulic deep well submersible pump runs for 500 hours, the oil should be changed and the oil tank and oil filter should be cleaned. Use visual inspection and laboratory methods to test the oil quality. When the oil quality deteriorates, the oil should be changed in time. When changing the oil, the oil tank and oil filter must be cleaned together. If there are metal shavings or water in the oil, find the cause and remove the problem.

4. In a short period of time when the liquid level is lowered, the bearing is smoothed by the oil attached to the oil and the oil splashed by the plunger spring. The oil filter of the oil tank and the oil filter under the pump are made of 230 mesh/inch copper wire mesh. Cleaning to prevent blockage, the oil temperature of the fuel tank should not exceed 60 ℃ during use, and appropriate measures should be taken to cool it if necessary.
