Ⅰ Inspection and maintenance of fire alarm system: Daily self check function of fire alarm controller:

1. Press the self-test button to allow the alarm controller to perform a self-test.

2. Then press the mute button to eliminate the sound of the controller.

II Monthly inspection and maintenance of fire hydrant pump:

1. Complete all daily inspection and maintenance tasks.

2. The main working voltage test of the device.

3. The installation inclination of smoke and temperature sensors in public places should not exceed 45 °, and the contact with the base should be good, and the appearance should be clean and intact.

4. Randomly select no less than 5% of smoke detectors and check if the alarm is correct after spraying smoke.

5. Manual alarm button, check whether the installation is secure, whether there is damage or loss.

6. Choose two manual alarm buttons to simulate alarms and test whether the alarm function is normal.

7. Conduct a visual inspection of each support box in the floor's internal passage to ensure that the external wiring is securely fastened.

8. Clean and remove dust from fire alarm control cabinets, linkage control cabinets, etc. The circuit is loose and should be tightened. Check the self check, mute, and reset functions, switch between the main and backup power sources, and perform alarm checks.

II Annual inspection and maintenance:

Follow the 'Annual Maintenance Record Form for Fire Equipment'.

III Maintenance and upkeep of fire hydrant pumps

Pump body:

1. Check, replenish, and replace lubricating oil. If the oil quality changes color or there are iron filings, all should be replaced.

2. Leakage inspection: The packing is in good condition, the pump body has no water seepage, overflow, or sand holes, and the pump shaft has no water seepage or overflow to the ground.

3. Flexible rotation, no jamming, the pump shaft and motor shaft are on the same centerline, the machine base is fastened, the screws are rust free (with rust prevention measures), and the gaskets are aligned.

4. The appearance is neat, the paint is intact, the markings are clear, and the nameplate is legible.

Ⅳ Valves, pipelines, and accessories:

1. The valve opens and closes flexibly without any obstruction, closes tightly, and has no water leakage inside or outside.

2. The valve body and handle are intact, the valve stem is well lubricated, and the appearance is neat.

3. The one-way valve operates flexibly and has no water leakage.

4. The pressure gauge pointer is flexible, the indication is accurate, the dial is clear, the position is easy to observe, it is sturdy and good, and the gauge valve and joint do not leak water.

Ⅴ Fire hydrant pump motor:

1. The appearance is neat, the nameplate is clear, all components are securely fastened, and the coupling has a protective cover.

2. The wire ear connection end is tightly and firmly connected, with no signs of discoloration, no exposed parts, and good grounding.
