1, Reason
The wear of pulp pumps is mainly caused by cavitation. Cavitation is a hydrodynamic phenomenon mainly caused by changes in internal water pressure. When the flow rate in a certain area of the water pump increases and the pressure decreases to the bottom gasification pressure, a large number of bubbles will be generated due to the gasification of water.
When these bubbles enter the high water pressure area, they will be rapidly compressed and ruptured. When the bubble bursts, a powerful impact force (up to several hundred atmospheres) will repeatedly hit the pump casing and flow channel blades. The bubbles that penetrate into the water flow also contain certain gases that can cause oxidation inside the turbine.
When the repeated impact caused by continuous bubble rupture exceeds the strength of the pump material, it will lead to corrosion of machine parts, the formation of pits on the surface, and even infiltration. Cavitation can cause unstable pump operation, high vibration, and other unsafe factors.
2, Solution
1. It is recommended to carry out construction at an ambient temperature of 15 ℃ to 32 ℃, and during the construction period, the surface temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature, and the relative humidity must be below 60%.
2. Use specialized equipment to remove moisture from the surface of the workpiece, and wipe the surface of the workpiece with acetone or degreasing cleaner to remove grease and debris.
3. Remove the oxide layer on the surface of the workpiece, and a uniform metallic color can be seen on the sandblasted surface; Repair the corroded parts of the equipment.
4. After surface treatment, place the equipment in a heating furnace and heat it to the rated temperature for adhesive application. Perform curing treatment according to the rated temperature for adhesive and wear-resistant materials.
5. After heating and curing, the workpiece is strictly ground according to the workpiece size and polished to the standard size.
6. After uniformly mixing wear-resistant and anti-corrosion repair topcoat, apply it to the adhesive surface of the workpiece and perform surface treatment to make the workpiece surface smooth and flat.
