The first is the installation requirements

1. It must be installed vertically on the fixed support above the liquid tank or sink.

2. The distance between the suction inlet and the bottom of the pool shall be greater than 200mm.

3. The outlet pipeline must be provided with another support, and its weight is not allowed to fall directly on the pump body

The second is the disassembly sequence

1. Close the gate valve in the extrusion pipeline and remove the connecting bolt or connecting pipe of the flange on the discharge pipe. Remove a section of pipeline whose length shall not hinder the lifting of the pump.

2. Loosen the connecting bolts between the motor frame and the motor and lift the motor.

3. Remove the bolts between the pump body and the support, and screw off the impeller.

4. Remove the middle support and pull down the coupling.

5. Remove the upper and lower bearing covers of the bearing body to check the bearing condition.

Finally, the start-up, shutdown and operation requirements of underwater pump

1. Before the motor is installed, the power supply shall be connected to check the rotation direction, which must be consistent with the specified rotation direction of the pump.

2. Install the motor, turn the coupling, check whether the pump shaft and motor are concentric and whether the rotation is uneven, and then operate after it is normal.

3. Close the outlet pipeline valve and pressure gauge.

4. Start the motor and open the outlet valve to the required position as indicated by the pressure gauge.

5. For normal shutdown, close the outlet valve first, then stop the motor and close the pressure gauge.

6. Sufficient grease shall be ensured in the bearing chamber, and the bearing temperature rise shall not be higher than 70 ℃.
