Circulating pumps, slurry pumps, and their corresponding pipelines used in desulfurization circulation, slurry circulation, and other engineering positions should be designed with flushing pipelines. When the pump stops running or starts flushing, fresh industrial water or recycled water can be used as flushing water, the latter being mostly used when the system water balance is affected. After stopping the pump, the pump chamber should be immediately flushed with clean water to prevent the medium from settling and solidifying, blocking the flow channel, affecting the next start and operation of the pump, and causing damage to the impeller and seal. At the same time, it should be ensured that the inlet and outlet valves are reliable to avoid the phenomenon of slurry leakage into the pump chamber.
