High head deep well pump is a type of pump that is immersed in groundwater wells for pumping and transporting water. It is widely used in agricultural irrigation, industrial and mining enterprises, urban water supply and drainage, and sewage treatment.
Due to the simultaneous submergence of the electric motor into the water, the structural requirements for the electric motor are more special than those for general motors. The structural forms of its electric motor are divided into four types: dry, semi dry, oil filled, and wet.

Precautions for installation and use:
① This regulation applies to the installation of long shaft deep well pumps and submersible wells.
② The cleaning and inspection of the pump should meet the following requirements:
All mating surfaces (threads, stops, end faces, etc.) of parts and components should be cleaned thoroughly;
The components that have been assembled at the factory should not be disassembled. The rotation of the working parts (rotating parts) should be flexible.
③ Before the pump is in place, the following checks should be carried out:
The inner diameter and straightness of the well casing should comply with the technical specifications of the equipment. The pump set should be able to freely move up and down inside the well, and the submersible pump should not damage the submersible cable;
The scanning plane height of the well pipe mouth extending from the foundation should not be less than 25mm;
A soft isolation layer should be placed between the well casing and the foundation;
The size of the gap in the middle of the foundation should meet the requirements for connecting the lifting pipe to the pump seat;
There should be no oil sludge or debris inside the well casing;
The water lifting pipe should be straight, and the threads and flange end faces should be free of scratches and cleaned thoroughly.
Long axis deep well pumps should also be inspected according to the following requirements:
The rotation of the working parts should be flexible, and the axial displacement of the impeller shaft should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents;
The end face of the pump's drive shaft should be flat, with no damage to the end face and threads, and should be cleaned thoroughly. When the drive shaft is supported at both ends, the radial runout in the middle should not exceed 0.2ram;
The bearing bracket and rubber bearing should be intact and undamaged, and the rubber bearing should not be contaminated with grease.
