Generally speaking, the pump has abnormal noise, less flow, no operation, etc., that is, the pump has a problem, today we first start from the noise point of view, and see what the different noises indicate.

 

Fitst,idling abnormal sound
The main reasons for the idling of the pump are: the water inlet is blocked, the pump body is broken, and the seal leaks.
Once air enters the pump body, the pump has a high probability of idling and the sound is a continuous dull "humming" sound.

 

Second,friction noise
The main parts of friction noise: impeller and pump body wind blade and wind hood.
The friction of the pump body and the impeller depends on the size of the gap, the gap is too large or too small will make noise, and the sharp and harsh water pump friction sound will be issued during operation.

 

Third,vibration noise
The main parts of vibration noise: bearings, rotors, skeleton seals, etc.
The parts are not installed in place, the wear is serious, and the base is unstable, which will cause the vibration noise of the pump to have a continuously enhanced sense of vibration. No matter what kind of noise, it will increase the damage to the pump if it is not solved in time.
