Replace the sealing ring: after long-term use in the sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, resulting in the decrease of the flow and efficiency of the water pump. Turn off the electric switch, lift the water pump, remove the bottom cover and remove the sealing ring, The sealing ring is equipped according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring, and the clearance is generally about 0.5mm.

2. When the submersible sewage pump is not used for a long time, it shall be cleaned, lifted and placed in a ventilated and dry place. Pay attention to antifreeze. If it is placed in water, it shall be operated for at least 30min every 15 days (dry grinding is not allowed) to check its function and adaptability.

3. The cable shall be inspected at least once a year. If it is damaged, please replace it.

4. Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the motor insulation decreases, please find someone to repair it. If the fastening screws are loose, please retighten them.

5. The submersible sewage pump has been injected with an appropriate amount of engine oil before leaving the factory to lubricate the mechanical seal. The engine oil should be inspected once a year. If water is found in the engine oil, drain it, replace the engine oil, replace the gasket and tighten the screw plug. After three weeks, it shall be rechecked. If the engine oil becomes emulsion again, the mechanical seal shall be inspected and replaced if necessary.

6. After the submersible sewage pump fails in operation, please eliminate it according to the troubleshooting methods given. If it still cannot be solved and the cause cannot be determined, do not dismantle and repair it without permission, and find a special person to repair it immediately.
