(1) Press the stop pump button to stop the pump
(2) Close the inlet and outlet valves
(3) Keep good records;
3. The fire pump control cabinet is in the "automatic" position. Press the fire hydrant alarm button, and the linkage cabinet will sound and light an alarm. At the same time, the fire pump will automatically start.
4. The fire pump control cabinet is in the "manual" position, and pressing the start button can "manually" start the fire pump.
5. During the experiment, close the system valve and open the drain valve. After the experiment is completed, reset it again; Check if the control cabinet handle is in the "automatic" position.

4, Maintenance and upkeep
1. Conduct daily visual inspections of fire water sources, pumps, valves, alarm valve groups, etc., and ensure that the system is in a fault free state, with detailed records in the duty log
2. Check the fire water tank and pressure water supply equipment once a month to ensure that the water level, quality, and pressure of the fire water supply equipment are in normal condition; During the cold season, take good insulation measures to ensure that no part of the water storage equipment freezes over
3. The fire pump should be started and operated once a month to ensure that it is in a fault free state
4. All control valves on the system should be in the open or specified state. When conducting maintenance on the system, careful records should be kept, and valves in the system should be inspected and tested for opening and closing every month
5. The maintenance worker of the fire pump room shall carry out maintenance and repair of the equipment as required, and record the maintenance and repair situation. 6. After the maintenance of the fire equipment, it must be restored to its original state, and the original equipment and lines shall not be changed arbitrarily.
