1. The foundation plane for installing the pump should be leveled with a spirit level. After the basic cement solidifies, the base and anchor bolt holes should be checked for looseness;

2. After assembling the motor, pump, and base, the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft should be checked to ensure that the centerlines of the two shafts are on the same horizontal line;

3. When assembling the motor and water pump, the pump coupling end should be pulled out to ensure the axial clearance value between the end faces of the pump and motor couplings;

4. The pump can only withstand its own internal forces and cannot withstand any external forces. The suction and discharge pipelines of the pump should have their own brackets to avoid damaging the pump due to pressure.
