(1) When using a dial gauge to align the coupling, it is necessary to measure it at 360 °.

(2) Check if the rotor of the centrifugal pump is connected in series.

(3) Before scraping the tile, the concentricity between the rotor and the pump body must be measured first.

(4) The end face of the packing gland should be parallel to the end face of the packing box.

(5) Before packing, first check the operation of the rotor in the pump body by turning the disc, and then install the packing. Every time two are installed, they must be compressed once. Check the degree of compression by turning the disc until it is fully compressed.

(6) When filling, the openings of the two circles in contact must be staggered by 120 degrees. After all are installed, the screws can be evenly tightened, then loosened, and manually screwed on.

(7) Failure to rotate the motor in front of the coupling.

(8) When tightening the end cover of the centrifugal pump body, the circumferential gap must be uniform.

(9) Before assembly, the inner shell and rotor parts should be cleaned thoroughly.
