For the submersible pump, we need to understand its installation, maintenance and repair, and also need to understand its disassembly. If there is disassembly, there are precautions, so the following is an introduction to its disassembly:

1. Before disassembling the submersible pump, measure and record the gap of each part of the rotor.

2. Try to avoid hitting with a heavy hammer. The removed parts shall not be bruised and kept properly.

3. Record the replacement reason and usage of the parts that need to be replaced in detail.

4. Before reassembling the submersible pump, all parts must be cleaned and the burrs must be trimmed.

5. Adjust the gap of each part of the rotor according to the gap list.

6. "106" silicone rubber paint is used for the static sealing surface without gasket lining or sealing ring.

7. Leak detection must be carried out after all installations.

8. After reinstallation, a trial operation and necessary performance tests must be carried out, and it can be installed and used only after it is normal.
