Pumps should be disassembled and inspected according to relevant specifications before installation.
The disassembly and inspection of the pump should be carried out according to the structure of the pump itself, and the correct disassembly sequence should be adopted. Generally, the accessories of the pump (such as auxiliary pipelines, circulating cooling water system, etc.) should be disassembled first, and then the main engine part should be disassembled.
The main contents of disassembly and inspection include:
Check the condition of the packing or mechanical seal, such as whether the clearance of the shaft sleeve, gland, bottom sleeve, pressure reducing ring, oil sealing ring, mouth ring, partition, liner and other seals meets the requirements. If it belongs to the bearing structure, the clearance should be measured;
To measure the clearance between various components of the pump body;
Check the bending degree of the shaft, verify the pressure gauge, valve, inspect the lubricating oil pump, sealing oil pump, cooler, filter, and pipeline, etc;
Check the piston connecting rod mechanism.
