Purchase And Application Of Submersible Pump

The submersible pump is exquisite and light, which plays a minor role in rural production. How many points should be paid attention to in the purchase and application:

1、 Purchase

When purchasing submersible pump, pay attention to its model, flow and elevation. If the selected specification is not fast, the remaining water output will be lost, so that the efficiency of the unit cannot be displayed. In addition, the winding position of the motor should also be clarified. Some types of submersible pumps can discharge water during forward rotation and reverse rotation, but the water output is small and the DC current is large during reverse rotation, which will damage the motor winding. In order to prevent electric shock caused by electric leakage when the submersible pump works under the body, a leakage protection switch should be installed.

2、 Installation

When installing submersible pump, the cable should be overhead and the power line should not be too long. Do not force the cable when the unit is filled with water, so as to avoid breaking the power line. The submersible pump shall not sink into the mud, so as not to cause poor heat dissipation and burn out the motor winding.

Use

1. Prevent the machine from starting up under industrial air pressure. The difference between the power supply voltage and the additional voltage is no more than 10%. If the voltage is too high, the motor will overheat and burn out the winding. If the voltage is too low, the motor speed will rise. If it cannot reach 70% of the additional speed, the starting centrifugal switch will be closed, resulting in the heating of the starting winding and even burning out the winding group and warehouse container in a short time. The rotary pump should not switch on the motor frequently, which is why the electric pump will warm up when it stops running. If it is started immediately, the motor load will start, resulting in excessive starting DC and burning out the winding.

2. Do not allow the pump to operate under overload for a long time, and do not pump water with large sediment content. The time for the electric pump to run off the sea should not be too long, so as not to overheat the motor and burn it. During the operation of the unit, the operator must inspect whether the operating voltage and DC current are within the specified values on the nameplate at any time. If they are inconsistent, keep the motor running, find the cause and eliminate the fault.

3. Check the motor more often at leisure. If cracks are found on the lower cover, the rubber sealing ring is damaged or effective, it shall be replaced or repaired in time to prevent water from penetrating into the tool.
