(1) The impeller mouth ring is damaged by friction, and there is friction between the impeller and the shell. Solution: Check, repair or replace the impeller and mouth ring, adjust the gap between the impeller and the object.

(2) Too much traffic during operation. Solution: Turn down the outlet valve and reduce the flow rate.

(3) The liquid density increases. Solution: Check the liquid density.

(4) The packing is pressed too tightly or subjected to dry friction. Solution: Loosen the packing, check if the cooling circulation water pipeline is blocked, and clear the pipeline.

(5) The bearing is damaged. Solution: Check, repair or replace the bearings.

(6) The rotational speed is too high. Solution: Correct the pump shaft.

(7) The pump shaft is bent. Solution: Correct the pump shaft.

(8) The axial force balancing device has failed. Solution: Check if the balance hole and return pipe are blocked.
