During the use of the deep well pump, occasionally there will be insufficient water output, no water output, and low lift. So, what is the cause of this situation?
There are three reasons for the insufficient water output of the deep well pump: the water surface is too low, the gap in the pump section is too large, and the impeller is damaged.
If the water level is too low and the water volume is insufficient, it is recommended that you replace the deep well pump with another pump with more stages, and appropriately increase the pump tube and drive shaft according to the flow rate of the deep well and the required water output of the pump.
Insufficient water output may also be due to the excessive clearance in the pump section, and the axial clearance of the impeller can be adjusted at this time.
If the impeller is damaged, the best solution is to lift the pump section out to replace the impeller.
So what if the motor is running and the deep well pump is not producing water? First, if the pump cannot absorb water because the water level is too low, the solution at this time is to add a pump pipe and drive shaft. Secondly, if the water filter is blocked, lift the deep well pump out of the well, clear the blockage of the water filter and reinstall it. If the water pump section extends too far into the deep well, the treatment method is to raise the water pump section by one or two pump pipes.
There are two reasons for the insufficient lift of the deep well pump. One is that the gap in the pump section is too large, and the other is that the impeller is damaged. The former can lift the water pump section and adjust the axial clearance of the impeller, while the latter can lift the water pump section and replace the impeller!
