1, Prepare
1. Check for any obstacles to the operation of the Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pump, remove any debris from the machine, and clean up the site.
2. Check whether the lubricating oil of each bearing of Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pump is sufficient and deteriorated. If the lubricating oil is insufficient, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil deteriorates, replace it.

3, Stop the pump
1. Before parking the Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pump, the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge valves should be closed first, and then the drain valve should be closed.
2. Cut off the power supply of Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pump.
3. After the Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pump cools down, close the suction valve, cooling water, mechanical seal flushing water, etc.
4. Drain the liquid from the Mine Flameproof Submersible Sand Pump to prevent freezing and cracking of the pump body during cold seasons.
