1. Submersible pumps cannot operate without water. They should be tested under anhydrous conditions for no more than 5 minutes. During the pumping process, if the water level continues to drop, it is important to note that the pump body should not work above the water surface.
2. After shutdown, it is not possible to restart immediately. It is necessary to wait until the water in the pipeline has returned. If water cannot be discharged after startup, the machine should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and eliminate it.
3. It should be used near the designated elevator; The inner diameter of the matching rubber pipe, iron pipe or canvas pipe should meet the technical requirements.
4. When the submersible pump is placed in water or raised from the surface, grab the lifting rope and do not pull the cable. If it needs to be transported, disassembled or repaired, the power should be cut off first.
When diving, it should be lifted vertically, not lying down, and not sinking into the mud.
6. Submersible pumps should not be started frequently. When the pump is in use, bamboo or wire mesh can be used outside to prevent weeds in the water from blocking the mesh holes or impeller of the submersible pump.
7. After starting up, if the impeller reverses (resulting in a significant decrease in water output or no water output), immediately stop the machine and replace any two phases of the three-phase core in the cable to allow water output.
8. Pump control cabinet can be used for control. If this equipment is not available, a three-phase knife switch can also be used, but an electric fuse can be installed.
