The Correct Usage Method Of Submersible Reflux Pump

Jul 03, 2025

Submersible reflux pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, sewage treatment and environmental protection engineering industries, and can be used to discharge sewage with solid particles and fibers, reflux sludge, and wastewater. The submersible reflux pump is a product independently developed based on the production technology of German submersible motors. The submersible reflux pump is a specialized equipment for mixed liquid reflux and denitrification denitrification in secondary sewage treatment plants, and its ultra-high performance has been widely recognized by users. However, only by using it correctly can its performance be fully demonstrated. Next, we will introduce it in detail:
1, Equipment operation is divided into two forms: "on-site" and "automatic".
1) Automatic control. After checking the power supply and ensuring it is powered on, turn the selection switch on the control cabinet panel to the "automatic" position. At this point, the submersible sewage pump will be controlled from the central control room without any on-site personnel operation.
2) On site control.
a) Check the power supply to ensure it is powered on.
b) Turn the "Local/Stop/Auto" selection switch on the control cabinet panel to the "Local" position.
c) Press the 'Start' button to activate the device.
d) Press the 'stop' button to stop the device from running.
e) After the malfunction occurs, it should be repaired in a timely manner, and after the fault is eliminated, it should be powered on again to reset and operate.
2, It is strictly prohibited to operate the sludge pump dry. During operation, the coupling should be evenly weighted, without jamming or friction noise.
3, It is strictly prohibited to frequently start the sludge pump, and the backup pump should be operated at least once a week.
4, After each maintenance (especially rewiring), it is necessary to confirm that the direction of rotation of the electric motor is consistent with the specified direction of the pump before starting the vehicle.
5, Check the mud pump for any abnormal noise or vibration during each shift.
6, If the mud pump makes abnormal noise during operation, the pump should be stopped immediately, the backup pump should be used, and maintenance should be reported at the same time.
