The Reason Why The Water Injection Pump Cannot Start And Produce Water

After the water injection pump is started, there is a pressure head, but no water is seen coming out. There are several reasons for this:
(1) There are airbags in the pump or pipeline;
(2) The necessary pumping pressure of the pipeline system must be higher than the maximum pressure head generated by the pump;
(3) The pump speed is too low;
(4) Pump reversal;
(5) Insufficient cavitation allowance;
(6) Excessive gas or air content in the conveyed liquid;
(7) The outer diameter of the impeller is cut too small.
