1. Wrong motor rotation direction:

 

Before using the submersible sewage pump, please ensure that the motor rotation direction is correct. Even if water is generated through reverse rotation, the output of water is small and the current is large. Directional rotation can cause irreversible damage to the motor winding.

2. No leakage protector installed:

 

Leakage protectors are also known as life-saving devices. If the leakage value of the submersible sewage pump is higher than the working current value of the leak protector, the leak protector will cut off the power supply of the submersible pump to ensure equipment safety.

3. Turn on when the power supply is abnormal:

 

the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage should not exceed 10%. If the voltage is too high or too low, the temperature of the submersible sewage pump will increase. 1. Replace the sealing ring:

 

After long-term use in sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, and it should be replaced in a timely manner.

2. Please store in a well ventilated and dry place：

 

If stored during idle periods, the pump should be slowly lifted from the water source and drained of water (especially in cold winter).

3. Regular inspection and replacement of accessories:

 

Check cables, motor insulation, and screws at least once a year. If damaged, it should be replaced promptly.

 

4. Change oil:

 

If the oil contains moisture, drain it, replace the oil, seal the gasket, and then tighten the plug.
