There are many taboos in the use of water pumps, among which the eight "taboos" of the use of water pumps are no installation of leakage protectors, no grounding, the motor runs in the opposite direction, the power supply voltage is abnormal when the boot, frequent switching, long-term overload operation, the water is placed in the water for a long time after being disabled, and the water is used in a silt environment.
No leakage protector is installed
Submersible pump in the water will be more prone to leakage, resulting in loss of electric energy and even electric shock accidents. The leakage protector is installed only when the leakage value of the submersible pump exceeds the operating current value of the leakage protector, and the leakage protector will cut off the power supply of the submersible pump.
No ground
The use of protective grounding of submersible pump is required by China's mandatory standard, and only the use of protective grounding can ensure personal safety during use. If there is no protective grounding, once the shell leakage will cause the water at the outlet of the submersible pump and the water surface of the pumping to have electricity, which will endanger personal safety and waste a lot of electric energy.
The motor runs in the opposite direction
There are many types of circulating pumps that can produce water either in reverse or forward rotation,
However, the water output will be small or the current will be large, and the reversal time will be too long to damage the motor winding. The submersible pump should be connected to the power supply before entering the water to check the rotation direction. If the impeller of the submersible pump is reversed, it should be stopped immediately to replace any two phases of the cable in the three-phase core wire.
Power on when the power supply voltage is abnormal
The voltage is too high or too low will increase the temperature of the pump, shorten the service life and even burn the pump. Because the low-voltage supply line is very long, the voltage at the end of the line is often too low. In the process of using the pump, the operator needs to check the voltage value of the power supply at any time.
Prolonged overload operation
In order to prevent the long-term overload of the pump, do not use the low-lift pump for high-lift work, do not pump the sewage with a large sand content, and always check whether the current value is within the specified range.
