The annual maintenance of integrated prefabricated pump stations should include the following contents:
1. Integrated prefabricated pump station guardrails, fences, maintenance covers, and security system inspections. If any damage is found, it should be repaired and replaced.
2. Inspect the surrounding floor of the integrated prefabricated pump station. If any subsidence or tilting of the soil layer is found, check whether the main body of the integrated prefabricated pump station is sunken or tilted, and whether the inlet and outlet pipes of the integrated prefabricated pump station are leaking. Except for the original design of the top cover and other parts above the ground, if other parts are exposed to the ground, they should be backfilled or painted for protection in a timely manner.
3. Drain or clean the integrated prefabricated pump station water collection tank, inspect the wellbore and interior, pipelines and valves for leaks and cracks. If there are leaks and cracks, they should be repaired in a timely manner. Check whether the lifting and installation accessories are loose or corroded, and promptly tighten, remove rust or replace them. According to the inspection of the integrated prefabricated pump station liquid level control system, replace equipment such as floating balls and liquid level sensors.
4. The maintenance and repair of the main equipment supporting the integrated prefabricated pump station should be carried out according to the manufacturer's requirements and wear and tear. The lubricating oil of the water pump should be replaced every 2000h~3000h, and vulnerable parts such as O-rings and mechanical seals should be replaced according to wear and tear; Crushed grille, lubricating oil should be replaced every 5000 hours, and the blades of the grille should be replaced according to the wear condition.
5. The maintenance and repair of valves, gates, flaps, and hoists should be carried out according to the manufacturer's requirements and wear and tear.
6. Comprehensive inspection of the electrical and control systems for the main transformers, station transformers, and control cabinets of the integrated prefabricated pump station and substation.
7. The calibration of portable instruments should be done once every six months for commonly used ones and once a year for others. When working underground, it is necessary to re calibrate H2S and other detection instruments before going underground to ensure the safety of personnel.
8. In extremely cold and frigid regions, anti freezing maintenance and upkeep should be carried out on mechanical and electrical equipment, pipeline valves, and metal structures every winter. During the shutdown period of the integrated prefabricated pump station, the accumulated water in the pump and pipeline should be drained completely. When necessary, insulation and anti freezing measures should also be taken for equipment, pipelines, valves, etc. inside the integrated prefabricated pump station.
