What Is The Difference Between Sewage Submersible Pump And Clean Water Submersible Pump?

Submersible pumps are a large category of water pumps, which are easy to install and use, widely used, and important equipment for conveying and discharging. The characteristics of the installation and transportation medium of submersible pumps can be divided into clean water submersible electric pumps and sewage submersible pumps (usually referred to as submersible sewage pumps). When choosing a submersible pump, we must figure out which submersible pump is better.


Characteristics of sewage submersible pump products:

5. The conveying medium should not contain particle impurities.
Simply explain to users that water pumps cannot be used for sewage discharge because their impeller structures are different. On the contrary, sewage pumps can be used to discharge clean water, but with lower efficiency. The main difference between sewage submersible pumps is the impeller. Clean water pumps have closed impellers, while sewage pumps have open impellers to prevent blockages. It is necessary for users to choose suitable water pumps according to their actual needs for conveying media.
