Corrosion resistant submersible sewage pumps are widely used in our production and daily life, and are needed in factories, hospitals, engineering construction, farmland irrigation, and other fields. Therefore, it is necessary for us to understand the precautions for using corrosion-resistant submersible sewage pumps, so that we can better use, maintain, extend the service life of corrosion-resistant submersible sewage pumps, and reduce costs. The specific content is as follows:
1. Check if the seals at the vent holes, drain holes, oil drain holes, and cable joints of the corrosion-resistant submersible pump are loose. If they are loose, they must be tightened.
2. Use a 500 volt shaker to check the insulation resistance, which should not be less than 0.5 megohms. If it is lower than this value, open the drain and vent holes and dry or sun dry them.
3. Check the cable and replace it if it is broken or broken to prevent electrical leakage.
4. Before starting, check all circuits and switches to see if their wiring is correct and secure.

5. When using a submersible electric pump in water, the cable must not be subjected to force. It should be tied to the wooden frame at the wellhead with ropes. The maximum depth for placing the electric pump into water is 3 meters, and the minimum depth is 0.5 meters (calculated from the center of the impeller).
6. During operation, it is necessary to regularly observe the changes in water level in the well. The electric motor must not be exposed to the water surface, nor should it sink into mud, in order to avoid affecting the heat dissipation of the motor and burning out the winding. The electric pump should be raised and lowered at any time according to the changes in water level in the well. If there is a decrease or interruption in water volume, the cause should be immediately identified or the machine should be stopped for inspection. The cable should not rub against the wellbore to prevent the well water from seeping into the motor along the cable core after the cable is worn out.
7. After using the submersible pump with a new or replaced integral sealing box for 50 hours, the sealing should be checked for good condition, and then checked monthly. At the same time, the sealing of the shielding sleeve between the motor rotor and stator should be checked for good condition.
8. After one year of use, the corrosion resistance of the submersible sewage pump should be checked and rust removal and painting should be carried out.

After knowing the precautions for using corrosion-resistant submersible sewage pumps, one should pay more attention during use, observe whether there are the phenomena described above, and solve problems in a timely manner. This can effectively protect the corrosion-resistant submersible pump and extend its service life.
