4. The pump runs in water and the water flows around the motor, with low noise and good cooling conditions for the motor. It can be built as an underground pump station to maintain the environmental style of the ground. The use of submersible electric pump is the most thorough method to solve the problems of pump station construction and flood control in areas along rivers and lakes with large water level fluctuation. It eliminates the long shaft between pumps and improves the safety and reliability of operation.

5. The impeller is converted from the current hydraulic model, with excellent performance, stability and maturity. Two sets of independent mechanical seals separate the motor from the pump; It is installed up and down in series to provide multiple insurances and improve reliability. The oil chamber is lubricated with oil and cooled and sealed to isolate the motor from the transmitted medium. The volume left inside can slow down the rise of pressure in the oil chamber.

6. At the moment of unit startup, the reaction torque of motor starting torque often makes the whole unit rotate in the opposite direction. The anti rotation device can solve this problem. The bearing adopts rolling bearing, which can bear all axial and radial loads and is completely separated from the medium delivered by the pump. The pump is coaxial with the motor, with compact structure, shaft extension as short as possible, deflection reduction in design, small vibration during movement and longer service life of seal and bearing.

7. High performance squirrel cage induction motor, especially designed and manufactured for submersible pump, meets gb755 standard. The insulation grade is f, and the working temperature can reach 135 ℃ Depending on the power, 380V, 660V, 3KV, 6kV, 10kV and other voltage levels can be adopted. For high-voltage motors, twice VPI insulation process can be adopted to ensure reliable insulation. The motor shell directly transfers the heat to the surrounding medium, and the heat is taken away by the surrounding water flow. The high-power and high-voltage motor adopts the patented technology of internal air duct heat dissipation, so that the temperature rise of three-phase winding is low and the temperature field is evenly distributed.

8. The submersible pump is equipped with multi-channel protection device, which can lead the lead to the electric control box. The protection devices include overload, phase loss, leakage, overtemperature, humidity, immersion protection, etc. the installation form with closed inlet channel is adopted.
