Since the deep well pump used by the unit operates continuously every day, the causes of common faults are analyzed as follows

The submersible deep well pump cannot pump water or the head is insufficient:

A it is judged that the bearing of deep well pump has been damaged.

B. the motor cannot be started; Pipeline blockage; Pipeline rupture; The water filter is blocked; The suction port is above the water surface; The motor reverses, the pump casing sealing ring and impeller are damaged; The head exceeds the rated head of submersible pump too much; The impeller is reversed. 2. Poor sealing: after the deep well pump motor has been used for a period of time, the sealing parts leak oil and water due to poor sealing caused by wear or natural aging.

3. The current of deep well pump is too large and the pointer of ammeter swings

Cause: motor rotor sweeping; The relative rotation of shaft and bearing is not flexible; Due to the serious wear of thrust bearing, the impeller and sealing ring are worn; The shaft is bent and the bearing is not concentric; The dynamic water level drops below the water inlet; The submerged depth of the impeller is not enough, and the vibration is caused by inhaling air; The impeller compression nut is loose.

Troubleshooting: replace the bearing; Replace the thrust bearing or thrust disc; Return to the factory for repair.

4. The outlet pipe is damaged and leaked: replace the outlet pipe or take plugging measures for emergency. The pump wheel of the deep well pump hanging in the deep well can be heard to rotate normally (the electric meter also rotates normally), but there is no water or only a small amount of water. Most of this is because the outlet pipe has been damaged.

5. Starting capacitor failure: replace the capacitor of the same specification. Buzzing sound can be heard when the power is connected, but the motor of deep well pump does not rotate; At this time, if the impeller is gently moved and the deep well pump can rotate immediately, it can be judged that the capacitance has been damaged.

6. Pump jamming: most of the well pump impellers are stuck by foreign matters. Unscrew the central screw of the impeller, take out the impeller and remove sand, stone and other foreign matters. The water pump does not rotate, but a buzzing sound can be heard, which is mostly because the water pump impeller is stuck by foreign matters. Due to geological reasons, the sand content of well water is large, which is easy to cause damage to the filter cover.

7. Leakage: This is due to the leakage of motor winding caused by water entering the pump body of deep well pump. It can be wrapped with waterproof tape for waterproof treatment.
