1. Requirements for installation site
General requirements for installation site: the environmental requirements for the installation site shall be consistent with the protective characteristics of the motor. For example, IP23 cannot be used in the open air; General purpose motors shall meet the following conditions.
1.1 dry and clean place free from dust pollution and corrosive gas.
1.2 the ventilation around the motor shall be good, and a certain distance shall be kept from other equipment to facilitate overhaul and maintenance.
1.3 the ambient temperature and altitude shall meet the requirements of technical conditions.
2. Items and contents to be checked before installation
2.1 motors stored in the open air for more than half a year or in harsh storage environment shall be disassembled for inspection before installation.
2.2 inspection of motor body
2.2. 1. Comprehensive cleaning: whether the customer unpacks separately or face-to-face, the spare parts, accessories and accompanying data of the motor shall be comprehensively cleaned and registered according to the packing list. If they are lost, they shall be handled.
2.2. 2 disassembly of motor: it is necessary to know the storage of motor before unpacking, such as whether it is stacked in the open air for a long time.
2.2. 3 the lifting tools and disassembly methods for motor disassembly shall be in accordance with the requirements of the manual.
2.2. 4 for general disassembly, only the stator, rotor and bearing seat shall be separated to achieve the purpose of inspection, and it is not required to disassemble parts.
2.2. 5 after the disassembly of the vertical motor, there are many parts on the upper frame, mostly precision machined parts, which should be placed properly. Many cases in the past show that due to the user's neglect, the mirror plate and thrust head are placed disorderly, resulting in corrosion and even trampled and damaged, which adds a lot of trouble to the installation work.
2.2. 6 after the motor is disassembled, the parts shall be oiled after removing the antirust layer, cleaned neatly and placed in a centralized manner.
2.3 rotor inspection:
2.3. 1. Check whether all parts of motor rotor are intact; Whether there are bumps and scratches; Whether the insulation layer on the coil surface of the winding rotor is damaged, and whether the binding weft is free of looseness marks; Check whether there are residual iron filings and other sundries inside the iron core and the ventilation duct, and check whether the tooth pressing plate in the ventilation duct is loose.
2.3. 2. Check whether the magnetic pole of synchronous motor is fixed firmly.
2.3. 3. Check whether the bucket fan blade on the synchronous motor is cracked, whether the connecting wire between poles and the connecting piece between damping rings are firm, and whether the inter pole cushion block and magnetic pole coil are loose.
2.3. 4. Whether the insulation on the rotor outgoing line and fixing clip of synchronous motor and winding rotor motor is damaged, and whether the screws and locking devices are normal.
2.3. 5. Check whether the clearance of the head cover is uniform, whether it is squeezed together due to collision, and whether the phase to phase connecting wires are firmly fixed.
2.3. 6. The slip ring and brush device work normally, and the steel slip ring surface is easy to rust, which shall be removed (oil shall not be applied on the contact surface).
