1. Clean the surroundings of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump.
2. Add lubricating oil to the bearing. Rotating the rotor by hand should be flexible and not get stuck.
3. Try to turn on the motor and check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with that of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump.
4. Open the exhaust valve on the outlet flange and pour water into it, or use a vacuum pump to transfer the water.
5. Close the gate valve and pressure gauge plug on the discharge pipe.
After completing the above tasks, start the motor and open the pressure gauge plug.
When the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump rotates at normal speed and the pressure gauge displays pressure, open the plug of the vacuum gauge and gradually open the outlet gate valve until the desired pressure is reached.
During operation, the bearing temperature of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump shall not exceed the outdoor temperature of 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃. Please use a high-pressure gun to inject grease into the bearings every 500 hours of operation.
The normal water leakage level in the packaging room or sealed room is preferably 30-60 drops per minute. The compression degree of the packing gland or mechanical seal gland should be adjusted at any time.
10. Regularly inspect the coupling and pay attention to the temperature rise of the bearings.
When the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump stops, the gate valve on the outlet pipe should be closed and the vacuum gauge plug should be closed; Stop the motor and then close the pressure gauge plug.
If abnormal noise is found during the rotation of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, it should be immediately shut down to investigate the cause.
In the cold winter, if the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is stopped for a short period of time, the square head screw at the inlet must be unscrewed. Drain the stored water to avoid freezing the pump.
After long-term use of a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, if the flow rate and pressure decrease significantly, the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump should be disassembled for inspection and vulnerable parts should be replaced. When the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is not used for a long time, it should be disassembled, the water on the pump parts should be wiped dry to remove rust, and anti rust grease should be applied. Then, it should be reinstalled and stored properly.
