1, Optimize existing pumps
By adjusting the impeller diameter and pump speed, it will affect the flow rate, head, and shaft power of the pump, but it will not affect the efficiency curve, allowing the pump to operate in the high-efficiency zone.
The above adjustments to flow rate and head have certain range limitations. If the operating conditions change too much, the original pump may need to be considered for modification. Outdoor air supply ducts need to consider waterproof and leak proof measures. The outdoor air supply ducts for installing units on the side walls must have a certain slope, and the outdoor air supply ducts for installing units on the roof must also have waterproof measures in place. Long pipelines are designed into multiple sections of air ducts of different specifications according to the varying air volumes; Use variable diameter pipes for connection, and the number of variable diameter pipes should not be too many. Generally, the entire system should not exceed four, and the length of the variable diameter pipes should be determined to be ≥ 2 (D-D).
The connection between the air supply duct and the air conditioner should be connected with a flexible pipe. Outdoor air supply ducts should be designed with insulation, while indoor ducts generally do not require insulation. The water in the water tank is continuously pumped out by a circulating water pump and evenly sprayed onto the evaporative filter layer through a water distribution system. The outdoor hot air enters the evaporative cooling medium and exchanges heat with the water in the evaporative cooling medium (a honeycomb filter layer made of special materials, which makes the cooling effect more ideal). The cool and clean air cooled by adding water and evaporating heat is pressurized by a low-noise fan and sent indoors, so that the indoor hot air is discharged to the outside, thus achieving the purpose of indoor cooling.
2, Improve the efficiency of centrifugal pumps
1. When selecting centrifugal pumps, compare the selection schemes of various suppliers and try to choose the most efficient scheme while considering cost-effectiveness;
2. Assign a certain number of professional personnel to supervise the manufacturing quality of key components that affect the efficiency of the water pump, such as impellers, pump bodies, pump covers, and deflectors (vertical long shaft pumps). Especially, control the quality of the impeller's wing shape, outlet angle, blade division, flow channel shape, cleanliness, etc., so that the delivered products are high-efficiency products under current production conditions;
During the installation and debugging process on the production site, it is necessary to ensure that the foundation of the pump is reliable and well aligned with the drive machine; Flexible opening and closing of front and rear valves, reasonable pipeline layout design, and safe and feasible on-site control; All operational monitoring instruments are complete and accurate, ensuring real-time monitoring of the pump's operation process;
4. During the long-term operation of the water pump, attention should be paid to equipment inspection, and any abnormal situations should be reported immediately. During normal minor and major repair cycles, vulnerable parts should be inspected and replaced to ensure the long-term efficient and safe operation of the pump.
