The Cleaning And Inspection Of Centrifugal Pumps Should Meet The Requirements

1, The overall factory pump is within the rust prevention guarantee period, and its internal parts should not be disassembled, only the exterior should be cleaned.

When the rust prevention guarantee period is exceeded or there are obvious defects that need to be disassembled, the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. When there are no regulations, the following requirements should be met:

1. When removing the impeller components, they should be cleaned thoroughly and the impeller should be undamaged.

2. The cooling water pipeline should be cleaned and kept unobstructed.

3. Pipeline pumps and coaxial pumps should not be disassembled.

2, The cleaning and inspection of disassembled pumps should meet the following requirements:

1. The main parts, components, and ancillary equipment of the pump, as well as the intermediate and set parts and end faces of the components, must not have scratches or abrasions. The surface of the shaft shall not have cracks, compression damage, or other defects. After cleaning, moisture should be removed and the surfaces of parts, components, and equipment should be coated with lubricating oil and placed in the order of assembly.

2. The vertical split of the pump casing should not be disassembled or cleaned.
