Working conditions:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.6MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm. Note: If the medium used has small particles, please indicate it when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.

The reasons and solutions are as follows:
(1) The scraping and grinding of the bearing tile do not meet the requirements. The solution is to repair the bearing pads again or replace them.
(2) The bearing clearance is too small. The solution is to readjust the bearing clearance or scrape it.
(3) Insufficient lubricating oil quantity and poor oil quality. The solution is to increase the oil volume or replace the lubricating oil.
(4) Poor assembly of bearings. The solution is to inspect the assembly of the bearings as required and eliminate any non compliant factors.
(5) Cooling water circuit breaker. The handling method is inspection and repair.
(6) Bearing wear or looseness. The solution is to repair the bearings or scrap them. If loose, tighten the relevant bolts again.
(7) The pump shaft is bent. The solution is to correct the pump shaft.
(8) The oil slinger is deformed, unable to rotate and carry oil. The solution is to update the oil slinger.
(9) Poor alignment of the coupling or insufficient axial clearance. The solution is to check the alignment and adjust the axial clearance.

Common faults and solutions of corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps
Corrosion resistant centrifugal pump shaft seal overheating
The reasons and solutions are as follows:
(1) The packing is pressed too tightly or rubbed. The solution is to loosen the packing and check the water seal pipe.
(2) The water seal ring is misaligned with the water seal pipe. The solution is to recheck the alignment.
(3) Rinse and cool well. The solution is to check and flush the cooling circulation pipe.
(4) The mechanical seal is malfunctioning. The solution is to check the mechanical seal.
Corrosion resistant centrifugal pump rotor has large movement
The reasons and solutions are as follows:
(1) Improper operation and operating conditions far from the design conditions of the pump. Solution: Strictly operate the pump to always operate near the design working conditions.
(2) Balance is not smooth. The solution is to unclog the balance pipe.

(3) The material of the balance disk and balance disk seat does not meet the requirements. The solution is to replace the balance disk and balance disk seat with materials that meet the requirements.
Corrosion resistant centrifugal pump experiences water hammer
The reasons and solutions are as follows:
(1) Due to a sudden power outage, the system experienced pressure fluctuations, resulting in negative pressure being discharged from the system. Bubbles dissolved in the liquid escaped, causing gas to accumulate in the pump or pipeline. The solution is to exhaust the gas completely.
(2) Due to a sudden power outage, the high-pressure liquid column rapidly backflowed and impacted the one-way valve plate at the pump outlet. The solution is to modify the layout of the pipeline and pipeline accessories in the unreasonable discharge system of the pump.
(3) The valve of the outlet pipeline is closing too quickly. The solution is to slowly close the valve.
