In the auxiliary system of our hydropower plant, the main shaft sealing water solenoid valve controls the unit to automatically open the starting sealing water solenoid valve and close the shutdown sealing water solenoid valve at the same time; During shutdown, automatically close the startup sealing water solenoid valve and open the shutdown sealing water solenoid valve at the same time.

When the pressure of the gas storage tank is low, start the working air compressor; When the pressure is too low, start the standby air compressor and send out audible alarm and fault signal of starting the standby air compressor and low pressure of the air storage tank; When the pressure is normal, stop each air compressor and reset the start signal of the standby air compressor; When the working machine fails, start the standby air compressor and give an alarm.

When the pressure of the air storage tank is too low or too high, an audible alarm and an accident signal of too low or too high pressure will be sent out. During the operation of the air compressor, when the lubricating oil pressure of the air compressor is high or low, an audible alarm and abnormal lubricating oil pressure signal of the medium pressure air compressor will be sent out.

When the water level of the leakage sump is high, start the working deep well pump; When the water level of the leakage collecting well continues to rise to the excessively high water level, start the standby deep well pump. When the continuous working time of the pump exceeds the set value, the pump operation timeout alarm signal will be sent out.

The control objects and functions of each subsystem are different, but the composition of the control cabinet is roughly the same. The control cabinet is composed of display parts, measurement and control parts, motor starting parts, power supply, relevant auxiliary parts and alarm parts. The display components mainly include photon signs and indicator lights. The measurement and control components mainly include PLC and corresponding switching value input and output module, analog value input and output module, control relay, etc.
