There are generally two ways to install submersible pumps (deep well submersible pumps) underground: one is to install submersible electric pumps with very low head (generally less than 30m) using flexible hoses; Submersible electric pumps with high head (generally above 30m) should be installed with steel pipes.
1. Install the hose down the well
The submersible electric pump installed in the well using a flexible hose can be directly lifted vertically in the well using steel wire ropes or other ropes (such as nylon ropes) that can withstand the relocation of the submersible electric pump, water pipes, and all water in the pipes.
2. Installation using steel pipes underground
1) Use clamps to secure the upper part of the submersible pump in the well, and lift it up with a suspension chain. Slowly tie it into the well until the clamp is firmly placed on the wellhead, and then remove the suspension chain.
2) Use another set of clamps to tighten a connecting pipe, lift it with a hanging chain 15cm away from the flange of the connecting pipe, and slowly lower it down. Place a rubber sealing gasket between the connecting pipe flange and the submersible pump flange, and use bolts, nuts, and spring washers to evenly tighten the connecting pipe flange and the submersible pump flange with force.

3) Lift the submersible pump slightly, remove the clamp on the upper end of the submersible pump, and secure the cable to the connecting water pipe with plastic tape or cable clamp. Slowly tie it down to ensure that the clamp is firmly placed on the wellhead.
4) Connect all water pipes to the submersible pump for the well using the same method.
5) Connect the lead out cable of the submersible pump to the control switch, and then connect it to the three-phase power supply.
