1) The vertical slurry pump uses a three-phase four wire power supply and must be equipped with a grounding wire to prevent leakage. For the convenience of controlling the circuit fuses and switches that are compatible with the electric motor, they must be installed nearby.
2) The slurry pump can operate without installing any basic equipment when in use, as long as it is firmly inclined. If necessary, it can be tied with ropes to prevent accidents. The electric motor must not be reversed. After starting, it should be checked immediately. If reversal is found, stop the motor immediately, replace any two power lines and reconnect them.
3) When the liquid being pumped contains a large amount of weeds, iron wires, wooden strips, bricks and other debris, appropriate debris barriers or filters should be installed to prevent debris from entering the pump and damaging the impeller or getting stuck. And accidents such as pipeline blockage.

4) The pump body should be washed with clean water after absorbing other pollutants.
5) When the slurry pump is used to suction thick mud, concentrated liquid or high lift long-distance operation, the load will decrease, but it cannot be increased by changing the structure.
6) When working outdoors, the motor should be equipped with a protective cover to prevent rainwater and other substances from entering the motor.
7) At the bottom of the river, the bottom of the pond should be suspended on a tripod and can be placed on a floating raft or boat for mobile operations. When carrying out earthwork operations, the diameter of the soil blocks crushed by high-pressure water guns shall not exceed one-third of the suction port.
8) The slurry pump should operate at the specified speed and cannot be changed arbitrarily. A decrease in speed will significantly reduce power, while an increase in speed will increase stress on the slurry pump components and damage them.
9) The packing should not be too tight. It can be loosened before starting and adjusted after starting.
10) After parking, a second start should not be made immediately to prevent backflow from washing away the impeller, which may damage the motor.

11) During operation, regular attention should be paid to whether there are any abnormal noises or vibrations from the motor and pump; Regularly check whether each bearing part is hot to the touch (generally not exceeding an external temperature of 35 ° C). If there is any abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop the vehicle for inspection and wait for the fault to be resolved before starting work.
